Hang out at Blandy Experimental Farm and State Arboretum inside a pop-up planetarium where you can view a projection of the night sky in a pop-up planetarium, including planets and constellations. Learn about planetary motion, and hear stories and myths about constellations. This event is recommended for those aged six and above with an adult, but all are welcome.

History and Hauntings
January 19th or 25th
Historic and idyllic Valerie Hill Vineyard and Winery is offering a night of wine, food, and spooks. After a dinner catered by Carrabbas accompanied by Valerie Hill’s delicious, smooth wines, go on a guided tour of the Civil War plantation house. Locals swear the manor house is haunted, but you’ll have to see for yourself!

Handley Library Behind The Scenes Tour
January 19th at 1:00PM
Staff members and volunteers will give tours of Handley Library on the first Wednesday (6:30 p.m.) and third Saturday (1 p.m.) of each month. Learn about the architecture and history of the library. Walk on the famous glass floors and see the well under the stage. Meet in the Rotunda for the tour. The tours are free!
U.S. Army Band “Pershings Own”
January 26th at 7:30PM
Watch the premiere musical organization of the U.S. Army since 1922 at the Patsy Cline Theater in John Handley High School.
